Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the Sintax website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Services

Sintax provides custom software design, development, integration, and related consulting. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are defined in a proposal, statement of work, or written agreement between you and Sintax.

3. Trial engagement

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, our standard engagement includes:

• No development cost or down payment to begin a qualifying trial
• A 3-month trial period during which you can evaluate the work in progress
• The right to cancel at any time during the trial without a development fee for work covered by that trial

Third-party costs (for example paid cloud hosting, SMS/WhatsApp providers, or licensed software) may still apply if you request them. After the trial, ongoing fees or conversion terms will be agreed in writing before they take effect.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, access, and materials reasonably needed for delivery, and to ensure you have rights to content and data you supply. Delays on your side may affect timelines.

5. Intellectual property

Pre-existing Sintax tools, libraries, and know-how remain ours. Custom work product created specifically for you under a paid or converted engagement is assigned or licensed as stated in your project agreement. Portfolio use of anonymized case studies may occur unless an NDA forbids it.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will protect confidential information shared during discussions and delivery. NDAs supersede this section where signed.

7. Warranties & liability

Services are provided with professional care. Except where prohibited by law, Sintax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the three months before the claim (or zero during a cancelled unpaid trial).

8. Website use

You may not misuse this site (scraping that harms availability, attempting unauthorized access, or distributing malware). Website content is for information and may change without notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed in good-faith negotiation.
